Follow these steps to repair your USB drive using Windows CHKDSK utility:
1. Press Windows + R keys together
2. Type cmd and press Enter (Command Prompt will open)
3. In Command Prompt, type:
chkdsk D: /f
4. Press Enter and wait for the process to complete
5. When finished, close Command Prompt
6. Your drive should now be accessible
